Fall is here and we are having so much fun enjoying some of the fun festivities it brings! We decided to head to a corn maze last weekend and had such a good time! Lucas did really well and lasted from 10:30 to 2:00 until it was nap time! He wasnt quite sure of the HUGE pool filled with corn kernels at first, but then he was laughing like crazy and trying to eat it (of course). I think me and Tim had a lot of fun in the corn pit too! We also were able to pet a camel, see the kangaroos and lots of other different animals, and let canary's sit on our hands! I think he thought the birds were toys! (I think those photos must be on Tim's phone)
Lucas also had his 1 year check up today with shots and all! Shots were not fun, he had all 4 of them - its tough to see him in all that pain-- ick! He has grown quite a bit in the last 3 months, new stats: 24.8# - 86th percentile, 31.25in long - 90th percentile, and 19in head - 94th percentile! He is a healthy little boy who loves his food thats for sure! Up next is our big trip to Yelm, WA to see his Grandma and Grandpa Ireland and Uncle Greg, Aunt Chris and his three cousins!! Knock off another new state for Lucas -- he is quite the traveler now! :)
