9 Months!

9 Months old and we couldn't love you more!! 

Stats from Lucas's 9 month check up: 

-weight: 22.6# - 90th percentile

-length: 28.5in - 57th percentile

-head: 18.25in - 86th percentile

Lucas has had a busy 8-9 months! 

-You are able to eat normal small pieces of food on your own and you eat everything we put on your high chair (pancakes, cheese, strawberries, avocado, sweet potatoes, green beans)

-You love standing in place

-You had your first non family babysitters (Carla and Aaron) so Mom and Dad could go out for Dinner for their anniversary!

-You love the song "You are Special" - you smile and giggle whenever Mom sings it to you!

-We went to the Grandpa and Gradma's lake cabin on Twin Lakes! So much first times, in the sand, on the pontoon, on the 4 wheeler and on the new john deer power wheels! You had a blast!

- You can pull yourself up to stand if you are sitting on Mom's leg

-you can take small steps from one chair to another chair if you are hanging on the whole time

-Grandpa and Grandma Ireland came to visit

-Your 2 front top teeth came through! Only one night of fussing!
-You can clap your hands and wave bye-bye!

-You love rolling around the family room

-We took you on your second airplane ride to Chicago!! You had alot of fun riding the ferris wheel, strolling on the Navy Pier, and you loved the water/putting your feet in Lake Michigan! As for the wedding, you good at the beginning, but it was a late night for you!

-You love saying Mamama and Dadada and I swear you said Fenton too! :)

-AND last but not least, you are army crawling everywhere now and try so hard to get on to all fours and stay that, but its still tough!
