Nolan-10 Weeks!

at his 2 month check up!

First time at Church to watch his big brother sing!

Nolan had his two month check up last week which came with the two-month vaccines! Not very fun for mom for Nolan!   He reacted just like his brother his face got super red and he could barely cry he was so mad that with in a few minutes he was fine just very sleepy and fussy for the rest of the day and the next day!  As far as his stats he is doing great! He weighed in at 12 lbs. 15 oz. and in the 63rd percentile for weight! (at his 2 week check he was 53rd percentile!) He measured 23.75in (75th percentile!) We have a long little boy in our hands! So far he is still a very good baby! Just seems to go with the flow for the most part, unless he is hungry! He loves to lay on the floor on his back and kick his legs and bat at toys hanging from his activity mat. He doesn't mind tummy time for up to about 5 min then he gets sick of it! And lately when I stick him on his tummy, he tends to roll right away to his back! He also loves being talked to! He immediately smiles and begins cooing, agooing, awwing whenever we talk to him! He also loves bath time! He is super happy during bath and would stay in there forever if we let him! He is starting to enjoy music more, my terrible singing, and watching Fenton run around! He is usually sleeping in the rock and play at night still and will typically sleep 9-12/1 (then nurses), then back to sleep till about 4, after the 4am time he has a little bit more difficult to get back to sleep and I end up holding him in the recliner and rocking! At this point with Lucas I was on all formula and Lucas was sleeping 9/10-all the way tie 4 or 5 without waking once. Im thinking its the difference of formula vs nursing! I am really hoping his sleep starts to improve as its getting close to going back to work!

We have also been taking advantage of the warmer weather, and Nolan falls fast asleep in the stroller when we take our morning mile walk! Lucas usually rides his bike or holds Fenton! Works out pretty good to get a little exercise, wear Lucas out and get a nice nap for Nolan! Nolan also had his first time at Church (watching Lucas sing!)- he slept the entire time! Since Tim has been gone more, Grandma Wendy has been able to come down a few times to help out and have fun with the boys! It really helps out having an extra person here during our night time routine (especially for Lucas!).
